Born in Auckland New Zealand my passion for creativity started a very early age. I graduated from AUT with a degree in Graphic Design with honours which led to a career in advertising.
I have been working in the advertising industry since 1983. I have worked for many multinational advertising agencies in New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
During my career I worked on many global and blue chip brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Qantas, Toshiba, Volkswagen, Tokyo Metro, Exxon Mobil, Philips, HSBC, among others.
My work has received many of the advertising industry’s highest awards for creative achievement, including; Cannes Lion, British Design and Art Direction Awards, Art Director’s Club of New York, New York Festivals Advertising Awards, Clio, One Show Awards amongst others.
In my spare time I love to draw and paint and I recently had a children’s book published in New Zealand. ‘Squishy Squashy Birds’ which has sold several thousand copies to date.
